HBCU HANKY SHIPPING AND LOCAL HANDOFF POLICY

Presale schedule
The AUC Hanky Drop™ presale closes November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. National shipping is expected to begin November 13, 2026. This is an estimated fulfillment date, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping destinations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates
Standard tracked shipping is $8. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Available options and final charges are displayed at checkout.

Processing and tracking
Orders are processed after production is complete. When your shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking activity may not appear until the carrier accepts and scans the package.

Transit times and holiday delivery
Carrier transit times begin after carrier acceptance and are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, address problems, high seasonal volume, or events outside our control may occur. We cannot guarantee arrival by Thanksgiving, Christmas, or another specific event unless an express service with a stated carrier commitment is offered at checkout.

Morehouse Parent & Family Weekend handoff
For orders completed in time, local handoff will be available during Morehouse Parent & Family Weekend, October 30 through November 1, 2026. Customers selecting or arranging this option will receive the public handoff location, date, time window, and identification instructions by email. The owner's residential address is not a customer pickup location.

Missed handoff
If you miss the designated handoff, contact hbcuhanky@gmail.com. We will offer another available pickup opportunity when practical, or the order can be shipped after the applicable shipping charge is paid.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. After an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Returned, refused, lost, or stolen packages
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, delivery was refused, or the package was not claimed, the customer is responsible for new postage before reshipment. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the delivery location. Contact us so we can assist with available carrier-claim information; however, HBCU HANKY is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
