Fulfillment: Complimentary Morehouse Parent & Family Weekend handoff is available October 30–November 1, 2026 for ready orders. National shipping is expected to begin November 13, 2026. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will email customers if a material delay occurs.

Shipping: Standard tracked shipping is $8. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $70 or more, and Express shipping is $15. Available options are shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed after carrier acceptance.

Local handoff: Select the local option at checkout. The designated handoff time and public location will be sent by email or text. Bring the order confirmation and matching identification. Orders not collected during the announced handoff must be rescheduled or shipped at the customer’s expense.

Cancellations and returns: Presale orders may be canceled for a full refund before the presale closes on November 1, 2026. After the presale closes, unused hankies in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup with the order confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for ordinary returns, and the customer is responsible for trackable return postage.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact HBCU HANKY within 7 days of delivery or pickup with the order number and clear photos. The customer may choose a no-cost replacement or a full refund, including original standard shipping. If a return is required because of our error, HBCU HANKY will provide or reimburse reasonable return postage.

Customers are responsible for the delivery address entered at checkout. Returned-to-sender orders require payment of new postage before reshipment.
